Once upon a time, I ran a blog that had a light salmon pink background. When I created a print companion, I decided to track down FT salmon pink newsprint paper. As it turns out, there was only one paper mill in the world that made it — and all of it belonged to FT. Since 1888, it has been their way of differentiating themselves from competitors. I was able to convey my passion and successfully begged permission to purchase a roll and have it delivered to Brooklyn from Canada!
