This is part of why when you begin with a playbook or “defined steps” (or something like a course syllabus) the results are much better. Smaller tasks that are dependent on the previous are a good way to keep these tools in check.

I went on a [solidcore] date once & was placed in front of my date and in between 2 Knicks City Dancers. It took a little more than 5 minutes for me to get so sweaty that I was slipping off the reformer while my date and the dancers chatted casually like they were out on a morning walk. MAD respect for y’all 🙏
