How are you cutting so fast? I’m at roughly a pound a week.

First week of a cut is pretty quick, anywhere from 2-5lbs of water weight. After that, 1-2 lbs per week is pretty doable unless you're already pretty low bodyfat %. I've also read that 1% drop per week is very doable. Also, I'm pretty aggressive with my cuts since I don't want to stay in the any longer than I need to
