If you drink a Monster, Celsius or Red Bull more than once a week, I would "guide" (as I cannot recommend) said person to use a wearable with an ECG. Especially if 40yo+

The Kardia ECGs are quite sophisticated as well. I carry mine everywhere in my bag in case its ever needed.
