Hey, quick question about @scoutgamexyz I saw this developer with 3 strikes but still showing a good estimated payout. According to the rules, devs with 3 abuse reports get suspended and can't earn $DEV tokens anymore, right? So if we buy their card, does that mean we won’t receive any rewards next week even though there’s still an estimated payout showing cc: @ccarella.eth
