On the question of whether to open up casting access to the /streme channel... ... on the one hard I agree with you for the reasons stated. ... on the other hand, sometimes a channel can serve as repository of official information about the project -- and when anyone (or many) can cast to it, those "informational" casts quickly become buried (since we can only pin a single cast). These new users often won't be able to find the info they seek. (Speaking from experience with other channels!) So I am torn between the two options. @zeni.eth and I will discuss further, but this is where my head is at...
