Barca's starting to look worn out. The long title race with Real, the tough head-to-heads with both Madrid and Atleti, and the pressure of chasing a treble — it's all catching up. They're still fighting on all fronts, but the energy just isn't the same anymore. They need recovery, rest, and a mental reset before facing Inter, or else that relentless Inter midfield is gonna give them serious problems.

I don’t think they had their usual sharpness and pace — otherwise, a struggling Inter coming off three losses should’ve been beaten at Camp Nou

those three losses are anomalies in inter's season. one was a lucky last minute goal. the other two games were with a depleted squad. they've been the toughest team to come up against in the champions league this season defensively.

last two league games, one of those games is a coppa italia game. and even that granted, the champions league is a different proposition than the league. inter were never going to roll over in the champions league.
