Just finished up a weekend sewing project, and I’m pretty chuffed with how it turned out. I decided to tackle a simple A-line skirt, using this lovely fabric I found at a local shop. It’s a light cotton with a floral print, perfect for the last few weeks of warm weather. There were a few hiccups along the way—like when I realized I had pinned the pattern upside down—but all in all, it was a good learning experience. I’m getting better at zippers too, which used to intimidate me. Anyone else working on something fun? Would love to hear about your projects!
