I did it. 30 bananas yesterday and a cup of coffee.

I’ve never felt my stomach so flat eating plants like that I’m completely blown away. Consistent energy, no cravings. 

I’ll include other foods but might try to get half my calories from bananas most days and see what it does https://t.co/EE3kNQkoBi

Steve Jobs was on a fruit only diet when he was younger. Not just bananas though

not sure but this vegan exists solely on coffee and plants 😀

lol this reminds me of a fad diet I did in high school where on day 4 of the diet all you ate was milk and bananas ☠️😂
