long story short, I live in a stupid state where you were never married and then there’s a child involved the woman is defaulted all custody and decision-making rights. I could not have been the absolute worst law to be able to be enforced and manipulated specifically for my daughter and me. On June 8 I got a message at 6am in the morning for my daughter‘s mother saying that she was moving to Iowa that day and taking my daughter with her still to this day she’s not giving me an address not telling me the names of who she’s staying with and is monitoring the calls basically between my daughter and I it’s not that I have anything to hide but when I asked my daughter the same day if she knew she was gonna be living there now she said no and then I asked her well if you had to choose what would you want to do and her mother hung up and said it was inappropriate to have a conversation like that with a six-year-old. Yeah complete bullshit. By treating my daughter like a human being I get hung up on.

Somewhere out there on @farcaster or beyond is an attorney who became a lawyer to make a real difference in a child’s life. If you practice family law in Arizona or Iowa, or know someone who does, I’d be grateful for a conversation. Although I can’t afford a lawyer; I have substantial evidence to support my case, am fighting for the protection of my daughter’s safety and stabllity, and know wholeheartedly that the outcome of this situation will directly impact the trajectory of my baby girls life.
