i guess more the key on that use case is more on the definition and computing the deltas, then is just drop on a memcache of the life.

I’m might not getting the prob exactly, but getting deltas for what you exactly need to update helps the read writes. Redis is very useful for instant memory, being also distributed

i've been working hard to find a decent new position. besides being tough, i can take away what i've being learning and people around. still on the path, there's one particular example left me speechless. last letter just said, "... we're afraid to offer you the position and you leave us weeks or few months later" i just replied "go get my resume, it has half of a page of professional career experience entries. best of luck. thank you"
