their heart was in the right place but comms wasn't great. the intent of the dutch auction was to avoid bots from scooping names people wanted. makes sense on paper but it's not immediately clear what is happening. you have to click into the "premium" link text to understand the DA.

seriously though if we want more normies to use crypto there can't be dutch auctions starting at 100 eth as the point of sale interaction. Seen so many "this is broken" casts.
