i think charging money for premium features is a way better move than using ads or other bs to fund the Farcaster client. the ad model is terrible and has only gotten worse over time. great move from Merkle imo; if you don't wanna pay you are free to use or build a different client

Never did I say ads are better though. I’m just salty over a feature we all had access to being taken, then only given back if you pay. 

While we’re at it why don’t we limit casts to 5 per day for free and pay for 100 and even more for unlimited? 

Oh and image uploads take credits.

Absolutely! And they're not even taking existing features away from free users
