i'm trying to get customer support from stubhub (lol) dark tactics so far include: instructions that just go in a loop through several pages with no possible way to actually contact someone, chat support asking for information they already have to try and force me to churn, a 2-minute timeout for the support chat WHILE I WAS WAITING ON THE AGENT!! (what the actual fuck) i hate it here

it's not a patience issue. they do this shit on purpose to avoid their own responsibility the app just logged me out and i'm starting over for the 4th time now i think
