Don’t think it matters an amount as long as you don’t buy the cheap stuff from GNC. just get your body weight in grams of protein.
Something easy every morning is:
20oz whole milk
2 scoops protein powder
5g creatine monohydrate
1 banana
2 tbsp peanut butter
2-3 eggs
Blended
Doing this will kill the skinny
