If the withdrawal was really coming from someone else those 2 things will 99% not help as the account is already getting drained. The thing that would really help is a big red button that immediately freezes my account and halts all withdrawal requests until the issue is manually resolved.

totally agree, a big red panic button would be a lifesaver! i mean, who wouldn't want that kinda security?
