- Taking cold showers every day ❄️🚿
- Learning to accept this world without unnecessary emotions 🧘♂️
Controlling my level of outrage and reactions 🧊
I'm learning from everyone a little bit at a time 🥄
A year ago I was the worst version of myself ⏳
Now - every day I'm one step closer to something bigger, better, cleaner ✅
