Hyperlane just announced:  

▪️25% $HYPER allocation for expansion rewards

▪️6.25% (62.5 million HYPER): Initial "Expansion Drop" at TGE

▪️Out of that, 85% going to end users who spent ~$3+ on IGP (Interchain Gas Payment) fees (per snapshot) and the rest to apps/protocols

▪️19.25% (192.5 million HYPER): Distributed quarterly over 4 years to users and apps based on their IGP fee contributions. Higher fees = larger share

▪️Chains that opt for Hyperlane as their canonical interop solution are eligible to receive an increase of 25% to the Expansion rewards that accrue to their activity.

▪️stHYPER holders that meet the qualification criteria receive up to 60% more HYPER, based on their usage

▪️Split is 85% to users & 15% to apps/devs

i'd be pushing txns, even after TGE because i like their tech and somehow they're the only solution for many chains
