Web3 projects are dying on social media. >they post, >they shill, >they drop announcements >And nobody gives a f*ck. Because they still market like Web2 brands. Here’s how to actually win on Web3 social media: 1/ Memes > Marketing The best Web3 brands don’t feel like corporations. They feel like meme accounts. 2/ People follow people, not logos. Founders, team members, and community leaders need to be the voice—not some faceless brand account. 3/ Controversy sells. Playing it safe = getting ignored. Have a take. Say something real. 4/ Narratives over noise. Airdrops will get you followers. Stories will make them stay. 5/ Build a cult, not just a community. Inside jokes, rituals, and shared language make people feel like they belong. Web3 social isn’t corporate comms. It’s culture. Act accordingly.

90% of CRYPTO explained: me: so that’s your product—you create a problem and solve it? founder: pretty much. me: but if the problem doesn’t exist, why solve it? founder: because then people will need the solution. me: they’re fine without it. founder: they just don’t know they need it yet. me: how do you make them want it? founder: make them feel incomplete without it. me: but they were fine before. founder: not after I tell them they aren’t. ads, influencers, social proof— show them what they’re missing. me: so your product solves the problem… of not having your product? founder: exactly. FOMO sells. people don’t buy products.they buy the feeling of solving a problem.even if that problem didn’t exist before. that’s marketing. it’s about making people feel the problem.
