these past few days i've been building a custom design system package for /uno that will work both in our react web and swift mobile repos. the initial build contains: > color tokens > typography tokens > layout tokens > custom icon pack with variant support this will help us maintain design consistency across platforms and allow for quick, easy changes to the design system itself as we continue to explore and solidify the uno visual identity. faster time to iterate = greater quality achieved. deciding to step away from react native and build natively on each platform has meant we've had to build a lot of custom libraries ourselves, but we see the benefit of this decision in so many other ways

These were the first batch of ~10 airdrops to Farcaster users (~$110K so far). Early on as projects target potential new high quality users, they're factoring in how likely is this user to convert (not a retro airdrop) Sometimes projects choose to exclude users if there have been *multiple* prior airdrop sales in the past (not if you just sold 1). Put yourself in their shoes if a user immediately sold multiple prior airdrops, they're prob less likely to convert and you can give to another user that is higher likelihood That said, you won't be permabanned forever for selling multiple as this is building some data early on and there will be factors that can help outweigh (post high quality content, use mini apps, do onchain txns) Team has been slammed but we'll have more infra support on airdrops later. On list is def to show more token info (that's why I manually post info for now since not built in) As Farcaster grows and becomes more valuable to target, airdrop amounts will naturally be larger too

For my personal use, crypto is in a great place. Fees, speeds, wallet UX, applications are perfectly fine for my usecases, and they'll keep getting better. However, I'd like to see some things significantly improved, in order of importance: - CRITICAL: Configurable withdrawal rate limiting in Safe & smart wallets and indeed, in all smart contracts, should be a standard. Without this, I significantly limit my usage of crypto - Custodial standards for smart wallets - Stage 2+ decentralisation for L2s, complete overhaul for Tron (normies receive USDT on Tron) - EUR stables w/ liquidity - Better frontends & standards - More competition & options for minimal hardware wallets - Range order management for Uniswap V4 - Significantly less volatile, reliable, long-term sustainable and high liquidity SoVs (BTC and ETH are far too erratic) - Integration into widely adopted payment networks, both global and domestic - Some inaccessible assets tokenised as RWAs - Farcaster with bustling non-crypto content/discussions
