Been a week at the @networkstate since i arrived and got a notification today about my resting heart rate lowering from 70s avg to around 60s avg and it might not be a lot of improvement but clean air and clean food with some regular exercise makes you feel really really good Recommend anyone trying to be fitter mentally and physically to come here and change your life
