I graduated from college in 2019 right when the world shut down because of COVID. Finding a job felt impossible. I had no income, and the stress pushed me into a dark place. I was depressed, broke, and completely lost.
But instead of giving up, I decided to rebuild myself from the ground up. I started focusing on my health, my mindset, and my future. GOD IS GOOD๐
Being an ectomorph, building muscle wasn't easy. I didnโt gain results overnight. It took consistency, patience, dedication, and a whole lot of discipline. Every rep, every meal, every drop of sweat it was all part of the process.
And now, looking back, Iโm proud of how far Iโve come.
If I can do it, so can you.
