Domain Logistics Tech plans to apply for a stablecoin license in Hong Kong once regulations kick in. They're launching "RHKD" stablecoin and "RBTC," a Bitcoin-backed token exchangeable for USD or HKD. A $1.5B Bitcoin buyback is underway, paid with company shares. "RBTC" will be fully backed by Bitcoin, allowing 1:1 swaps.
