My wife and I hit the carnivore diet hard for 3 weeks and then had a couple of cheat days but we are going to get back on it at least during the week days. Makes eating a lot simpler that’s for sure

Looks like my breakfast, 99% carnivore diet, some cheese and nuts for occasionally since 2019
