gotta delete the cookies clear the metadata delete your account delete all the apps reinstall everything delete it again wipe your OS turn off phone smash it with a hammer and throw it in the trash

I think it is an app thing. I tried all of that still doesn’t seem to want to load

Common occurrence 
Try updating all your apps , restart device and connect on wifi

Could just be an app thing too
