don’t chase

i’ve found the more I chase, the farther i am

this has been true in a couple of areas, but the biggest by far is trading and wrestling (competitive, individual outlets)

if you aren’t chasing, you can be objective and unemotional

you make decisions from a place of strength and flow state rather than fear

Chasing less brings more joy and success, especially in trading and wrestling, where staying calm and focused leads to better decisions and awesome flow states
