Father's Day M8.4 solar flare. Source appears to be NOAA Active Region 4114. Spotted an ejection in solar disk data, but it looks like the bulk of it headed north. We will have a better grasp about possible impacts on Earth (if any) when coronograph data comes in.

Wow that’s so cool how the solar flare might miss Earth but we’ll know more soon with the coronograph data
