Last night Indian news channels claimed Karachi port destroyed, Asim Munir arrested, Shehbaz Sharif’s residence being attacked with drones. Shouldn’t they be held accountable for broadcasting false reports that not only stoke panic but damage our credibility on the global stage?

Absolutely agreed. 

However, with the Karachi Port, the official handle said they incurred heavy damage. But later clarified that their "Account got hacked" and stated that their port operations are continuing normally.
