We’re listed as ineligible, and we’re not alone. X (Twitter) is full of similar complaints. The team seems to be aware of the issue and is allegedly working on a fix — we’ll see how that goes.

They also launched a palm scanner app and asked users to verify, but the app barely worked (or didn’t work at all). I tried reinstalling it today and — surprise — it’s working now. You can verify in just a few minutes.
