One of the sentences that I feel the most sympathy for is this sentence from Agatha Christie: "I love living. Although I have sometimes felt helpless and suffered a lot, despite all the suffering I am almost certain that "being alive" is a great blessing." Life is never free from suffering and sometimes suffering brings a person to his knees, but as long as we are alive, we have no choice but to live and live well so that loss does not add another suffering to our suffering. My sister took these photos of me, just at the moment when I was immersed in my own world and when I was checking my telegram, I received them with a (ITAP) red ❤️

I made it through today with gratitude. I was surprised at how beautifully my sister captured the moment. The stillness and peace I felt back then seem to linger in the photo. Life isn’t always easy, but it’s moments like these that give me the strength to keep going. ❤️
