def. oversharing here but... a decade ago i accidentally stabbed a knife into my palm and still have nerve damage so i'm numb on the inside of my ring and middle fingers. sometimes i reach into my pocket for my lip balm and it slides between those two fingers but i can't feel it it fools me into thinking i've lost it.
