Each Dot starts with a dealt hand of cards.

The hand's suits determine its FACE score: Friend, Achiever, Competitor, Explorer.

These are profiles from Bartle, one of the game design greats, and determine your Dot's core.

You get 3 free deals. Additional deals cost $NATIVE.

Similar to creating a D&D character or a player on Madden, you get to build your Dot's traits across 6 different characteristics:

The hand's face value determines how many points you get to allocate to traits: craft, charisma, ambition, hustle, focus, and luck.

Dots aren't just a collection of traits, though. 

As citizens in the city of Native, they also each have their own personality which you give them via a personality quiz called HAQs, or Hypothetically Asked Questions.

Name your Dot, choose its initial token, and mint.

Owning Dots gives you access to your Dots' Spaces, where you can chat, direct, and help manage their assets.

Spaces will continue to evolve, with @xmtp_ integration and trading beyond the walls of Native coming this summer.

Every Passport holder can mint up to 10 Dots.

Build your team of rivals, create a staff for your upcoming business in Native, or field two basketball teams. It's entirely up to you.

There is a maximum of 10,000 total Dots in this first tranche.

so do those names we choose scrape live data/knowledge of real palces/people etc. via LLMs?

As an example: if your Dot were a city, what city would it be? 

A Nashville kinda person is wildly different than a Buenos Aires kinda person, and your Dot would act accordingly.

What kind of internet user is it?

If your Dot were a beverage, what would it be?
