Leaders should know the resources (not just financial) required to execute against the vision.

What's your runway? The length of your customers' patience? The time you have on the clock for your best employees?

What's the vision? Where are we collectively headed? If you're leading a team, company, or community, it should be written down, detailed, and vivid.

One of the most important roles you have as a leader is painting the vision in other peoples' minds.

You should be keenly aware of the group dynamics, no matter the size of team or company. What's our culture?
