It might just be that the project is so early and Derek is focused on building. BTW, I'm a fan of Derek. This 'critique' only comes from wanting to see people understand. 

I would say: 
If you go to the website, you have no idea what's going on or what you would do. I would imagine, most people would leave quickly. 

I like the FAQ you shared. I was thinking about what is communicated or not communicated on FC. I'm on FC a lot and see relevant posts, there isn't really a telling of the story or giving a sense of what Native is. I've never seen the FAQ on FC...doesn't mean it isn't there or cast about, but I'm on a lot and interested and I haven't seen it. I haven't seen the sessions you are talking about...again doesn't mean they aren't there or cast about but I haven't seen them...so that just gives a sense of how much more this stuff needs to be shared. I'm also always looking for some nice explanations and illustrations that help bring people along and connect...Native is like this but with this and that. Think of it like ____ but instead of ______ you have ______

Anyway, wasn't looking to be negative at all. I (think I) remember you and I and maybe jdot talking about this a few months ago and felt like we were all looking for some more tangible explanations.....but maybe I'm not quite remembering right or maybe it's gotten clearer for you over time. Thanks!

I replied directly but figured that a few analogies may help some folks start to grasp $NATIVE:

• Native is like Sim City (or The Sims) but the money matters.

• Native is onchain multiplayer Animal Crossing.

• Native is that economic simulator game many of us played in high school, but we’re playing for keeps.

• Native is onchain Roblox, where every subgame is determined by a context coin launched within Native (aka: $BALLOON for celebrations, or $JIM for racing, or $DRINKS for hanging out).
