Yes. It’s culturally similar to the wartime vs peacetime CEO distinction. 

However I think of wartime vs peacetime as hats you can wear and change. 

Will to win is more of an entrenched bent that’s hard to change.

Interesting distinction, both feel helpful at different times.

One is fueled by abundant desire and faith, while the other is fueled by paralyzing FEAR
