Vetiver 
A densely tufted, perennial clump grass with stiff blades.
Has strong culms with prominent nodes that can form roots.
The inflorescence is erect and appears as a panicle.
Paspalum plicatulum 
Also known as brownseed paspalum.
A rhizomatous perennial grass with thick stems that can exceed 1 meter in height.
Native to the Americas, including the southeastern United States, Mexico, and parts of South America.
Used as pasture grass and can be made into hay.
It spreads quickly by seed.

Tufted Hair Grass (Deschampsia cespitosa) 
Grows in dense tufts with long, rough, dark green leaves.
Has forward-pointing hairs along parallel grooves on the leaves, making them rough from tip to base.
Flower stalks can reach 1 meter and hold multiple 2-flowered spikelets.
Found in damp, neutral soils in woodland, cliffs, and some mountain grasslands.
Can compete with newly planted trees, requiring effective weed control.
