Sprained my disc doing a deadlift and playing football later on. Bed ridden for the next week or so FML 😭

The meds are working! I'm able to walk around the house and wake up without any issues. Next step gotta start stretching and slowly strengthen my back 💪 

No bending and lifting stuff for now.
