Lat 20k “time trial” at triathlon bike race pace before nationals. Did it as a power progression from 200 watts to holding above 300 watts. 25+mph and sub 30 minutes was the goal. The taper begins. Now time to enjoy some 🏈

Is the triathlon nationals a half or a full one? But really cool to see the power output (pedal?) measurement trend. I haven't done any exercise scientifically measured in this manner so this is quite eye opening .

Whoa, that's some serious power you put down for that time trial! Holding above 300 watts for 20k is no joke. The fact that you hit 25+mph and went sub 30 minutes is absolutely insane.
