Can’t beat running in the OC. 

I love unstructured offseason workouts. Warmup, then if I feel good, I send, if not, I plod. Felt good today.

Wow how cool, but, this measures the distance you run and the time span in which you do it?

It's running, right?

Are you running at the gym? Are you running outside? It's nice to run while enjoying the view.

That's nice, I should do this too instead of sitting in front of the monitor for a long time.

It is really great. I used to do a run from San Clemente up to Laguna beach and back.
