Message for all Based Management members. The DAO is currently under a governance attack. On 14 Oct 2026 a newly deployed, unverified contract began bidding on MGMT auctions. Its bytecode hardcodes our governor, treasury, auction house and token, allowing it to drain the treasury if left to accrue enough tokens and pass a proposal We have a new proposal to pause auctions - voting begins in 23 hours. If you hold a Based Management token please vote FOR the proposal to pause auctions.
