I think it’s worth re-examining the necessity of the physical It’s a 100yr old practice started by life insurance companies in a time when a lot more people got messed up by diseases that just aren’t relevant anymore We need to unwind some of this belief that “more” is “better” with medicine — this might be a good place to start

In uni I learn how there are common fatal diseases that are symptomless and can be found in just a basic check up or lab and people can get treated and have a full recovery if found out early, although im not aware of the statistics of how often this actually happens and it may even show that its actually redundant to do checkups but I stand by doing at least 1 complete checkup including labs every year esp if youre at high risk for a disease
