I keep having to reassure myself my life is real.

it feels right, and it’s incredibly scary for me to enjoy life this much. my nervous system is not used to it.

I feel this so so much especially growing up in a society that glorifies suffering so whenever things are going good in our life we kinda dont know how to act and feel we arent worth it

And if anyone else relates to this, jjst know you absolutely deserve the good things! You deserve an easy life, a soft life, an adventurous life so be happy with it💞
