Binance Alpha Points 4x on Exchange

Starting tomorrow, July 22 at 00:00 UTC, we’ll need to switch to the Binance Exchange. If we trade on the Binance Exchange using limit orders, we’ll earn 4x Alpha Points instead of the 2x we’re currently getting.

It’s clear that Binance wants (https://x.com/binance/status/1947269115170722236) everyone to move from the Binance Wallet to the Exchange. But the real question is: why?

Did they introduce this step to fight bots? Or will the bots simply move to the Exchange as well?
