1/ At @privy, security isn’t a feature. It’s foundational. We secure 75M+ accounts and power 500M+ txns/month across billions in volume. Built on cryptographic infrastructure designed to enforce user custody, withstand compromise, and scale with risk.

2/ Secure architecture Privy enforces user custody through distributed key sharding and secure enclaves (TEEs). Keys are never stored in full and can only be reconstructed inside a TEE at the moment of use. Not even Privy can access them. Only the rightful user can sign.

3/ Assume compromise Privy follows least-access principles with hardened infrastructure, strict separation of duties, and zero standing permissions – even for internal teams. Access is time-limited, fully audited, and enforced through architecture, not policy alone.

4/ A secure foundation for self-custody Privy delivers sub-200ms signing, cryptographically provable key control, and no reliance on a single infra provider. Fast, fault-tolerant, and secure by design. Built to meet user expectations without compromising custody guarantees.
