The dude had an argument with his daughter and went to 4chan for solace, which convinced him that the "woke mind virus" is infecting the youth.
Then he got mad that he wasn't allowed to force people to work in dangerous conditions during a global pandemic that killed millions.
It's just him becoming a grumpy old man, as is tradition.
