I see…I know I am broken and always doing the wrong things, about that I stopped questioning but with all the terrible things that happen sometimes being unhappy “for objective no reason” seems silly to me

I don’t feel guilty… it’s just that sometimes I ask myself if It’s because I am somehow broken or wrong inside.
Or if it’s just the outside world that makes me unable to be happy…

Yes, sometimes we feel guilty and stop there. It's hard to go deep and really understand.
