Who is building "MDN for ethereum"?

if i search any web standard, i can immediately get:
- a "hello world" example of how to use it
- an authoritative spec
- a table listing which browsers actually support the standard

there is nothing like this in eth as far as i can tell

the closest we have is evm.codes etc for super low level EVM/solidity stuff--those are adequately documented. and the EIP website for raw specs.

but there is no great developer-friendly place that has application layer. JSON RPC, AA etc
