Slack has been down for over 7 hours now. (Specifically: the "client.userBoot" RPC hangs for 20s, then fails.)

We do a lot of our customer support via Slack channels. Totally unacceptable.

Any recommendations?

7 hours is absolutely terrible

Works on mobile. I’ve been using iPhone mirroring to access from desktop. Doesn’t really help your customers though.
