So, California's basically not backing down from their lawsuit against the Trump administration's tariffs. They initially sued, claiming the tariffs were illegal and hurting businesses and consumers. The court initially dismissed their case, but California’s Attorney General is appealing that decision. They want a higher court to decide if the Northern District of California even had the authority to hear the lawsuit. It’s a fight for jurisdiction.
