This feels very counterproductive?

Like, from an "AI safety" perspective, scaling current techniques to even bigger compute -> earlier superintelligence -> more risk.

And from an "AI openness" perspective, it increases the divide between megacorps and plebs.

Its going to sound like a comspiracy but all this money the usa is printing is going somewhere and its not where we  think it is.  Im about 90% sure theyll building autonomous armies underground somewhere with it.  5th gen warfare.
